We're excited to introduce our very first sour beer to the tap list: a refreshing Berliner Weisse!

Originating in Berlin, Germany, Berliner Weisse is a light-bodied wheat beer known for its bright acidity, crisp finish, and refreshing tartness. So beloved by locals, it was once nicknamed the "Champagne of the North."

At just 4.3% ABV, it's incredibly easy-drinking and perfect for a warm Texas afternoon.

Traditionally, Berliner Weisse is served with flavored syrups to balance its tart character, and we're keeping that tradition alive with two classic German options:

🍓 Raspberry Syrup (Himbeersirup) – adds a touch of sweetness, bright berry flavor, and turns your beer a beautiful ruby red.

🌿 Woodruff Syrup (Waldmeistersirup) – a uniquely German favorite with herbal, vanilla-like notes and a vibrant green color.
