🥩The classic LBR pork chop is iconic for a reason.

Dress them up for date-night or just throw them in the cast-iron with a pinch of salt when you don't have time to think about it.
♨️They are well-marbled and cook up in just a few minutes, making them ideal for the grill or even dressing up a simple weeknight dinner.

🍴❤️These sell out fast, you will see why.

Make your world your canvas 🌸

It was never "just" about the meat-- it's always been about beauty.

About the attempt to create, steward, and protect something lasting in a world of digital ephemeris.

About the transformation in me, and in others, when I align myself with what is truly good and beautiful.

I saw some content on this app recently that really bummed me out.

Dozens of people arguing in the comments about "conventional" and "regenerative" -- and neither side making solid points.

It was just about labels.

There's a better way: have the conversation with the people raising your food. Understand what "regenerative" really means to them.

♨️♨️♨️

The SMOKESHOW is back and it's making me hungry just posting this reel.

A central part of the LBR vision is to be a sovereign eater, and cherish each bite. That's what this box is all about: savoring summer and nourishing yourself with the tastiest pork out there.

No glyphosate, corn, soy, or pharmaceuticals to worry about, either.

It's not just what you eat, it's also ***how*** you eat it.

Have you struggled with anxious eating?

Props to whoever on this app created this little pan-sear-and-steam hack!

But seriously, don't let being short on time stop you from eating something great. Nourish yourself, make it fun, and don't fuss too much.

Here's what I used:
big ol k**b of ginger
several garlic cloves
5 cremini mushrooms (shiitake are better but I used what I had)
4+ scallions
1 # primal ground pork
1/2 cup water, separated
couple dashes of white pepper
salt
sesame oil
wonton wrappers

Mix, throw in a hot cast iron, toss a wonton wrapper on top, and once they've rendered splash with water to steam. The whole affair only takes a few minutes! Serve with whatever you've got or just eat them fresh out of the pan like we did.

Food doesn't need to be complicated. Be a sovereign eater.

How much do you spend on supplements every month?

What about your gym membership? Your dining out budget?
Add it up. Really.

Because if you’re someone who hesitates at spending $16/lb for pasture-raised pork, but drops $100/month on supplements and $200 on restaurants—this is a question you need to ask yourself.

Here’s what I’ve learned after years of raising pigs:
When you’re eating truly pasture-raised, ethically produced meat from animals raised in biologically appropriate ways, you’re getting both.

The supplement-level nutrition. Higher omega-3s. More vitamins A, D, E. Better mineral absorption. Real B-vitamins, not synthetic versions.

And the restaurant-quality experience. Fat that actually tastes good. Meat that doesn’t need a marinade to be edible.

Comparing what we do at Late Bloomer Ranch to industrial pork? It’s not apples to oranges. It’s apples to styrofoam.

What you’re really buying is a health habit.

Like going to the gym consistently. Like taking quality supplements. Except this one you actually enjoy.

Food that builds your health over time when you’re consistent and intentional.

Not a luxury. An investment.

Why is it that when things get hard, our instinct is always to ADD MORE?

Last week I was run down, tired, brain fog. My first thought? Add more workouts. Increase supplements. Optimize harder.
Then I caught myself.

What if the answer isn’t MORE? What if it’s BETTER?

Not another thing to do. Just doing what I’m already doing—eating three meals a day—with food that actually feeds me back.

This is the pattern I see everywhere: We think we need MORE when we actually need BETTER.

More products vs. better food.More complexity vs. better basics.More hustle vs. better rest.

The Ritual Box exists because of this.

You’re already eating 3 meals a day. What if those meals actually restored you instead of just filling you up?

6-7 lbs: Pork chops, Italian sausage, Picnic roast. Nutrient-dense, pasture-raised, the kind of food that gives back more than it takes.

Not another thing to add to your life. Just making what you’re already doing actually work FOR you.

$99, shipping on me.

This is the opposite of more. This is better.
