What if every ski tour had a menu?

We teamed up with last April for a spring mission in the Tetons with two goals: seek out some high quality spring corn and enjoy delicious food along the way (no packaged snacks allowed).

During our 10-course ski tour, we snacked on bacon-wrapped dates, mini quiches, espresso energy balls and summit baguettes. And we answered our own question easily—yes, EVERY ski tour should have a menu!
