🍅🔥 Homemade Tomato Pie… Southern comfort meets Texas SPG swagger.
Layers of ripe tomatoes, buttery crust, and that House of Payne Texas SPG bringing the perfect bite. This one disappears fast.
Recipe:
1️⃣ Blind-bake a pie crust until lightly golden.
2️⃣ Slice 3 large tomatoes, salt lightly, and let them drain.
3️⃣ Layer tomatoes, chopped basil, and a generous shake of House of Payne Texas SPG.
4️⃣ Mix 1 cup shredded cheddar, 1 cup shredded mozzarella, and ¾ cup mayo. Spread over the top.
5️⃣ Bake at 350°F for 30–35 minutes until bubbly and browned.
6️⃣ Cool slightly, slice, and watch it vanish.
