Mark your calendars for our annual Halloween party. We brewed a really special ale for this year, and we can’t wait to share it with you. Brewed with mugwort, bog myrtle, and sweet heather, this traditional ale will take you back in time to when Alewives provided much of the ale consumed in England.
There is lots of myth and legend about the portrayals of alewives as witches as the industry grew and became male dominated. Regardless, we always like a creepy story, so witches will take over on All Hallows Eve. Prepare yourself (and your costumes). Expect lots of fun, food, and great b**r

Dripping Springs Songwriters Festival starts tomorrow! We open at 12 and music starts at 2.
🚨Things to remember: We won’t be offering flights or cans to go this weekend.
We usually reach capacity for every set, but we have an outside bar and speaker outside. Inside during sets, our taproom turns into a listening room for the music. No talking allowed. If you want to enjoy the music while chatting with friends, the front patio is perfect.
We look forward to seeing you and enjoying some amazing music.

Last Saturday’s full moon was a special brew. Using traditional brewing herbs sweet heather, mugwort, and bog myrtle, we brewed a table strength British pale ale. We are fermenting this with our house ale yeast, so the fermentation will be clean to showcase the herbs. Expect to see this special brew on cask as we get closer to the end of the month.
