We have missed seeing you! Since we’re not able to be together in person, we are hosting a virtual tasting! You have two dates to choose from, Wednesday, August 26th at 6:30pm or Friday, August 28th at 6:30pm. To participate we will mail you the featured wines, each order includes the three bottles of wine listed and admittance to the tasting. The link for the Zoom tasting will be sent following RSVP.

Getting ready for Memorial Weekend with our GSM! WE ARE OPEN! Per the directions of the State of Texas we are opening gradually to be able to be back to normal soon.

⁃We are currently open for tastings and for bottle purchases for consumption on site. (Maximum of 8 people at the bar at once)
⁃We are still able to do Drive-Thru contactless bottle purchases for those that would prefer that (Please call (832)660-8642, or order online for drive-thru orders).
⁃We are offering limited seating both indoor and outdoors. Maximum of 6 people to each table.

Here are some wine tasting tips that we think did a great job of illustrating and explaining, so we wanted to share them with you!
Anyone can taste wine, all you need is a glass of wine and your brain. There are 4 steps to wine tasting:

Look: A visual inspection of the wine under neutral lighting
Smell: Identify aromas through orthonasal olfaction (e.g. breathing through your nose)
Taste: Assess both the taste structure (sour, bitter, sweet) and flavors derived from retronasal olfaction (e.g. breathing with the back of your nose)
Think/Conclude: Develop a complete profile of a wine that can be stored in your long term memory.
