Little Green Gardens We are a 15 acre, regenerative farm in SE Burleigh County. We specialize in small batch goat milk soaps and seasonal heirloom produce.

We also offer homemade jams, jellies and canned goods, pastured eggs/chickens and other handmade goods.

I have to share a little story about fostering with rescues. Sometimes you don’t know what you will get. Sometimes the police department calls and says they found a rooster tied to a rock 🤷🏻‍♀️ and aren’t sure what to do, and you say “oh, what’s one more.” 😂 anyway. Meet Elvis. Did you know that the produce we grow is heirloom produce? Do you know what that means? The varieties of produce we carry are non-gmo and open pollinated. Many have been passed down for decades or more.

You will noticed exceptional, more rich flavors and a wide variety of shapes and sizes. These plants could be saved from seeds you plant in your own garden, and can be grown and sold locally because they often have shorter shelf life and do not always transport well. Many have cultural connections and often can even be region specific. I have some favorites that I have grown for years, and every year I try a few new crops. Sometimes it takes a few years, or varieties to find the ones you like.
