Rhubarb butter and fridge pickles!

09/08/2026

How crazy is it we are already into the final harvest season of the year? Garden production has slowed down, and we have some of the last of the beans and cucumbers available. Tomatoes are still going strong and we look forward to being able to provide them for you in the coming weeks.
Thanks to a rhubarb that managed a whole second harvest, we will have rhubarb butter available in the next few days. Please let us know if you have any interest in whole stalks before we process them all!
