Happy Frostmas! ❄️ In flower farming, Frostmas is the first heavy frost of the year, also known as a killing frost. These sparkling blooms will turn soggy brown in the next few hours, which means our flower season has come to an end. Before the frost, we harvested lots of the blooms and you’ll find the last bouquets of the year at ! 🩷

Peony season is in full swing and we’ve got our hands full! The field needs to be harvested multiple times a day in order to catch each stem at the perfect time before they open. This allows them to bloom in your home so you can enjoy them for as long as possible!

The Flower Stand is opening tomorrow!

The peonies are slowly unfurling into pretty pink blooms, but we still haven’t had enough warm temperatures to coax them all out. This is the latest peony season we’ve had in our years of flower farming, and we’re as anxious as you are to have armloads of these gorgeous blooms.

We’ll be postponing our peony lover’s sale until more of them open up, but we couldn’t wait a moment longer to welcome you back to the Flower Stand this year!! We’ll be open tomorrow with market bouquets featuring peonies and some other early-season flowers like ranunculus, baptisia, and columbine!

We look forward to seeing you! 💐
