*Ranch is roughly 10,000 acres. (Fair chase.)
* Most 160+ inch deer are in a 2000 acre, totally high fenced area
*Hunt is for one weekend – Friday thru Sunday. We are level 3 MDL for both whitetail and mule deer meaning our rifle season has already started for Whitetail.
*Ranch located about miles 20 miles east of Sanderson off Hwy 90.
*Cabin with 3 bunk beds, full kitchen, grill, smoker, bathroom, and shower is available for hunting guests.
*Hunt will be guided if rifle hunting. If bow hunting, we will drive you to blind.
*A tour of the historical Indian pictograph site is included.
*Bring a light tackle rod if you would like to fish in the Bullis tank which was a tank built by the Seminole Indians. It is stocked with catfish, bass, and perch.
*I have personally called in two lions in two years, one of which was just three weekends ago.
*If you want to go night calling we can for an additional fee, note we have a thermal monocular,
foxpros, and black and white nightvision mounted on a S.C.A.R. .223
