All our wines have only four ingredients, grapes, yeast, yeast food and sulfites. That it is. Simple

We had so many good days of sunshine, that we started pruning.. Ray and I set a goal of one row each, a day(100) plants. Now we have 14 rows done. It takes 3 hours a day to do a row. It is oddly enjoyable, cool breeze, listening to the geese fly in and out. It is a Hugh challenge but we are 25% done is one week. Just 3-4 weeks to go. Of course tomorrow is a day off because of rain.
