Middle of the road isn’t the worst spot! We have been working to improve our grading structure since our pilot episode.

We think moving forward we will be grading on Look, Taste, Texture, and overall UnusualSushi experience! What else would you grade on? (We dropped authenticity because, well, nothing we are doing is authentic. 😂)
