🖤🧀 Shawn opened something pretty spectacular for the weekend…

A gorgeous wheel of Cypress Grove Truffle Tremor and goodness, this cheese is a treat.

Made in Humboldt County, California, Truffle Tremor is a soft-ripened goat cheese infused with Italian black truffles. It’s earthy, creamy, tangy and wonderfully decadent without letting the truffle overpower that beautiful fresh goat cheese underneath.

And here’s one of our favorite things about it…
as the wheel ripens, it develops that luscious, gooey cream line just beneath the rind, while the center stays a little firmer and brighter. Every bite gives you something a little different. 🤍

If you love goat cheese… and you love truffles… you need to get yourself in here. 😃

At Aunt Ellie’s Cheese Shoppe, we create Bereavement Boards with care for families experiencing loss. Each board is thoughtfully arranged with beautiful cheeses, cured meats, and accompaniments, making it easy to provide something comforting and ready to share when cooking or entertaining is the last thing anyone should have to think about.

Whether you’re sending one to a family, taking something to a gathering after services, or simply wanting to let someone know “we’re thinking of you,” we would be honored to prepare it for you.

Boards can be created in a variety of sizes and price points, from simple cheese & meat trays to our larger signature charcuterie boards.
