We are selling ribs again for the Elks Sports Banquet! The money we raise from this is what allows the committee to give out scholarships. Ribs are $25 a side and will be ready for pickup on Saturday April 20th from 10am to 1pm. Please let me know if you want a slab or 10!

We are firing up the smoker for Christmas! We are doing pulled pork $10 a pound. We are also doing hams, ham prices have gone up so unfortunately we have to raise our price as well. Hams will be 10 pounds and they are $55! Pick up will be Friday the 22nd! Thank you and Merry Christmas!!

Hello Everyone! It’s been a while.
Bryzn is firing up Big Dan’s smoker for Easter weekend. He will be doing hams, and pulled pork.
Pulled Pork-$10.00 per pound
Spiral Cut Ham (10-12lb pre-cooked)-$40.00
I believe pick up will be Friday evening sometime, and Saturday Morning. We will store in cooler for you if needed. Yes it all heats up deliciously, and is even better after two days in the fridge 😉. Please post here, or message Lyli, or Bryzn, if you have their numbers!

It is $10 per pound, and will be ready for pickup the 22nd! It’s better after it sits for a couple days in the fridge 😃. We can also store it for you until the morning of the 24th.
