Whatever it is you’re up to this beautiful fall weekend, we sure hope you make us part of your plan.

Let us break down the timeline:
*6 am breakfast sandwich, yogurt parfait, and hot coffee.
*Swing on through for lunch on your way to Monadnock Art Tour stops. Snag some c***r donuts for the road 😉
*Pop in later for a snack and a carving pumpkin to add to your seasonal home decor. Stay for a game of corn hole as the day comes to a close.
*Head home happy.

So it was nice to finally have a chance to stop in to the and meet co-owners Damaris and Jacqueline and chat IRL about the ups and downs of this business.

Last Sunday I was doing my rounds, checking coffee levels, moving flower jars around, and wiping tables. This caught my eye, so I quickly grabbed my phone, hoping this gentleman reader wouldn’t move an inch. Thankfully, he did not, so I snapped a photo.

To the general public, this may seem like an insignificant moment. To me, it encompasses so much of what we love about our store.

Friendly, cozy, local vibes. Every time I see someone working on their laptop, filling out a Mad Libs with their kid, reading the NY Times on a rainy day, or getting their second cup of coffee, I’m tickled pink.

The gathering, chatting, laughing, reading, and dancing that has occurred here makes us so happy. Keep showing up for us and this community, and we’ll keep doing all the rest. Hope to see you again next Sunday, G.
