📆This weeks cut we have chosen a lesser known but absolutely delicious cut of meat from the leg of the cow, the Soup bone (a.k.a Shank).🍖
Traditionally used for beef stock or soups, the Soup bone has many flavorful recipes that it is part of. One of our favorites being beans 😊🍲🫘
