Had a phenomenal cooking class today! My students tried new things, expanded their skills and elevated their knowledge of seafood! We weren’t able to make everything the classic way so we improvised and made it work!

Had such a blast cooking and teaching an amazing group of people this weekend! Everyone pitched in and enjoyed this 4 course Thai dinner, I know I did! We started with Chicken Laarb, followed by Shrimp Pad Thai, Pork Fried Rice and finished with Mango and Sticky Rice! If you are looking for a chef to come and make your stay into a culinary experience DM me for info!
