2026 Snack Size Sheep-Eldridge Ranch fleece catalogue
Shetland fleeces
All fleeces have been skirted. None of the sheep are blanketed year around. Some of the show sheep are blanketed during transport. Bellies and p**p tags removed. We shear prior to lambing. Most of the sheep have been on clean pasture for the last 8 months.
Price this year is $40 for a single fleece plus shipping. I do not weigh fleeces, but note if it is smaller or larger than an average of 2.5 pounds. All are 12 month fleeces except where noted.
Price for more than one fleece is $35. Shipping is extra and I try to ship for the least possible cost at my local post office 93218. I take Venmo.
There are white, black, shades of grey, shades of brown.
I will send photos or samples upon request.
The numbers skipped are fleeces that have been pre-sold.

#1- ER- yearling ewe. Clean, grey-black long staple. Britch fibers.
#2 SSS- white-fawn, some vm long staple, soft
#3 SSS- Grey and white fibers. Some cotted tips, soft
#4 SSS Skunky- black, sun bleached tips. Low vm
#5 SSS from a June born lamb- white, grey, brown fibers. Serious crimp
#6 SSS white fleece with brown and grey fibers
#8 SSS Smartie- a black and white ewe, born 4/25 fair amount of vm
#9 SSS Sugar- white fleece. Not pristine, but dirt shows easier
#10 SSS Parti girl- light grey, clean, some cotted tips
#11 SSS Eva- yearling, first shear, brown, clean, soft
#12 SSS Bingo- shades of brown, bleached tips
#13 SSS Evalyn- light brown to fawn, clean, soft
#14 SSS Cookie- light brown, grey, white fibers clean – lots of luster
#15 SSS Mr Pickles – wether- long staple, white with brown/red fiber not real crimpy, but soft
#16 SSS YooHoo- mostly white, some black fibers
#17 SSS Divinity-white, crimpy
#18 ER Panda- black, brown, light grey. little extra dirt, cotted tips
#19 SSS Olive- this young ewe was shorn in July, so staple length is shorter, white, grey, fawn
#20 ER Rapunzel- black, grey, crimp in places, dirty tips.
#21 SSS Maxine- black/grey long staple, bleached tips, not crimpy, soft- huge fleece.
#22-ER- shorter staple. White with dark fibers
#23- SSS Tater- light grey, brown tips long staple, soft first shearing- from show lamb.
#25 – ER- Bristol- Grey/white, cotted tips, big fleece, low vm
#26- ER- Snow White- Probably the blackest fleece I have soft for a black fleece nd some vm
#27- SSS - two lamb fleeces- from September 2025, so not a full year growth. Black and white.
#28- ER Bailey- Grey- white /black
#29- SSS- Blessa- 2025 lamb born brown, growing out white/grey
#30 – ER Spots- black/steel grey bleached tips long staple
#31- SSS Biscuit- white/fawn crimpy- low vm
#32- SSS moorit ewe- white/light brown cotted tips
#33 ER Coco- white/light brown some grey, large fleece soft
And finally #34- Mufasa- this is a huge ram fleece- brown/cream- but it has issues it would be a project.
