Lavender Phenomenal is ready! The blooms are larger, darker and have 18-20” stems. Compare to the smaller Munstead, these blooms dry incredibly well and keep fragrant for years after they are dried. Put them in a vase with 2” of water while they are fresh, hang them upside down to drywhen they start to wilt and have them forever. $20 for a huge bundle!!

My oldest munstead plant is giving me the most beautiful early flowers this year and this is not even half of what was on this plant 💜Harvest this year will be fruitful! The field has purple popping everywhere.

Late harvesting is always a pleasant surprise! The marigolds grown from seed did phenomenal this year too 🧡

I spent the morning harvesting some of the sunflowers. The head on my largest Mammoth sunflower is 12 inches wide!! I will be selling these as seedlings or young plants next year.
To keep it sustainable, goats love eating all parts of the 🌻 plant. Chickens will nibble too. The thick stalks will be used as extra roosting bars in different areas to keep the chickens entertained, then hit the compost pile. No waste here! 🌎🌱🌳🌾

Hello local friends! I harvested 2 beautiful bundles of Phenomenal lavender today. They smell incredible 💜.
I plan to hang dry them and sell at a farmers market unless someone would like to buy them, dry them and have your house smell amazing!

$15/each. Appx 100 stems/flowers per bundle.
