A little taste of history in every bite 🥞✨
The Dutch Baby actually originated in the early 1900s in Seattle, inspired by traditional German pancakes. Despite the name, it isn’t Dutch — the word came from a mispronunciation of “Deutsch,” meaning German 🇩🇪🤍
Known for its dramatic puffed edges and soft, custardy center, the Dutch Baby is baked in the oven instead of flipped like a regular pancake. Ours is served fresh with seasonal fruits and powdered sugar for the perfect balance of cozy and sweet 🍓🫐🍌
Golden, airy, buttery, and made to share ✨
