I've always had a passion for challenging myself when it comes to traditionally hard recipes, so when I tried my first Liège waffle in Chicago I knew I had to try my hand at the 2 day dough making process. Sure enough they came out better than I ever imagined, and after perfecting my recipe for over a year, I decided to bring them to the Twin Cities and now DULUTH.

9 YEARS! A crazy, unpredictable 9 years. From farmer’s markets ➡️to online sales & 🔙 to public events along w/ online sales. From the Twin Cities & now Duluth. Who woulda thought when I graduated college (go gophers!) & thought up this idea, that 9 years later I would still be plugging along? NOT ME!
