We couldn’t bring the whole State Fair to the taproom, so we did the next best thing.

State Fair Flights are happening this weekend, August 28-30 only. Check out the flavors:

- Blueberry Crumble with fresh blueberries
- Maple Donut Cider with a crispy bacon garnish
- Imperial Coffee Churro Slush with coffee beans
- Triple Berry Cheesecake with whipped cream

Three brand-new ciders are making their debut at the Minnesota State Fair this year. Yep, totally new.

Here’s what’s waiting for ya:

Hazy Blueberry — Blueberries galore. Tart, juicy, and pairs well with savory foods. Cheese curds? Corn dog? We support it. Find it at Dino's Mediterranean Fresh.

Lingonberry Orange — Lingonberry, cranberry, and orange come together in this dark pink-red cider with a bright citrusy finish. It’s a good one. Find it at O'Gara's Bar and Grill.

Strawberry Guava Aqua Fresca — Juicy strawberry and tropical guava get a bright twist from lime, sea salt, and hibiscus in this crisp, refreshing cider. Find it at Blue Barn.

And we didn’t stop there. You can also find Hazy Pink Pineapple around the fair at Bandstand Concessions, Ball Park Cafe at the Minnesota State Fair, Cafe Caribe at the Minnesota State Fair, and RCs BBQ MN.

Naturally, we needed a cider to go with it. Meet Prickly Pear Mojito, our newest taproom exclusive with prickly pear, lime, and mint.

It’s crisp, it’s fresh, and honestly? Feels like something you’d order sitting by the ocean. Lake Superior counts, right?
