Watch me set up a Skully Graze! Is it sad that I talk to Skully?!🤣
Menu: Roast beef flatbreads. Cranberry goat cheese bites. Caprese with basil, locally grown tomatoes, mozzarella, balsamic glaze. Fresh fruits, veggies, charcuterie meats, cheeses. Deviled eggs. Vinaigrette based potato salad with fresh dill, chives, and parsley. Italian sausages, peppers and onions. Stuffed mushrooms with caramelized onions, garlic and cheese.
Desserts: Chocolate cupcakes. Pumpkin cupcakes. Marble chocolate pumpkin cupcakes. Believe me when I tell you chocolate and pumpkin belong together 🧡

Info: Skully Graze- Sometimes Skully is laying down with finger foods and decor placed all around him.
Sometimes he’s sitting up holding something. It depends. This group had seen Skully before so I decided to do a different set up for them.

As I drove to the airport this morning in the dark I thought-Now this is dedication🤣
Ways you know you’re dedicated:
Accepting a very early morning private jet order on your only day “off” instead of rejecting it. Making from scratch blueberry jam and peach jam for mini croissant sandwiches. Waking up at 4:30am to ensure fresh food and on time delivery. ✈️
I usually pick apart everything I do and think of all the things I should’ve done different. Today I’m letting all that go and saying, “Good Job!”❤️❤️❤️‼️

Hi guys!
I’m still trying to figure out next week’s catering and cooking schedule. I’ve got a Skully graze, airplane orders, plus one of my private jet colleagues is coming to meet me in person. All on Wednesday. Which won’t allow for prepping to offer DTG Thursday either. So, as of now, there will be no DTG next week. I hope you all understand. I apologize! Thank you❤️‼️ Stay tuned for Skully highlights. I’m gonna try to get some video content 😱

Beep beep! 🚙 Vickie and Sherry are taking a big lunch to Spencer for me again today so I can keep cooking. This was a new menu request for me from a new customer. Baked potato and salad ‘bar’ with chicken tenders. Lots and lots of toppings- Chopped turkey and ham. Bacon bits of course. Butter (I whipped real butter -never that other stuff- and piped it into a container. I had to make something pretty🤣). Sour cream. Cheese. Croutons. Red and orange peppers. Black olives. Banana peppers. Cucumbers. Boiled eggs. Shredded carrots. Radishes. Pepperoni. Grape tomatoes. Of course I provided ketchup, honey mustard, ranch and Italian dressing.
The desserts were: Chocolate chip cookies. Brownies. Banana bread. YUM‼️

Hi everyone! Here’s the menu for this coming *WEDNESDAY* (10/7) individually packaged dinners to go.

It’s so nice having food prepared and ready in your fridge when you don’t feel like cooking!

-Please read-

1.) BBQ MAC n CHEESE:
Pulled pork bbq over homemade macaroni and cheese. Served with baked beans and freshly made coleslaw. If you want your Bbq meat separate from the mac n cheese please state -separate- when ordering. $19

2.) CHICKEN SALAD CROISSANT:
Chicken salad with celery and dried cranberries on a large croissant.
Pasta salad with cucumbers, grape tomatoes, parmesan cheese (no black olives this time). Fresh fruit bowl. $17

3.) PUMPKIN BREAD:
From scratch pumpkin bread made with raisins, golden raisins and toasted pecans. $12 per loaf
For the customers that don’t want nuts please state -no nuts- when ordering.
Freezes well. Use on trick or treat night or another special occasion.

Pick up is Wednesday from 4:30-6:00pm at Bethel Baptist Church in South Charleston.

Regulars can pay cash at pick up.
