Our August availability on custom orders is officially filled in the meantime ! 😋 If you’re looking for custom orders of any kind, please ensure availability is needed for early September dates and on. August availability is filling up fast! 😳 We are currently accepting only 10 more custom orders for the month and we haven’t even gotten there yet 🤩 If you’re looking to order something specific in August, reserve your spot soon before it’s gone! 🏃💨

Remember! Our specialty Halloween Bundles 🎃 will be open for pre-order September 1st-11th, with open availability running through October 1st-30th or until supplies last. All pre-order pickups will be scheduled October 26th-30th, while bundles ordered on or after October 1st will be made and picked up weekly with limited availability until October 30th. Make sure you pre-order yours to secure one of these seasonal bundles before they run out! They’re better than a bag of candy 🍬👻

Our final policy update, going into effect July 8th, 2026. 🧁❣️

With occasional updates here and there that we’ve brought to the table hoping our process would straighten out, we have just a few final adjustments to present in order to really smooth things over. 🥰

Please do keep in mind we accept orders year-round, but our availability is getting tighter the more we grow! All custom orders will now require a filled order form and FULL payment the day of placing to reserve a spot on our calendar. We will also begin accepting a maximum of 20 custom orders a month, with posted date availability on the 1st of each month. These policies will exclude our new weekly menu drop system, which we will discuss details on below. ☺️🍰

‼️ Starting on July 12th, 2026 through every Sunday, we will drop a weekly menu with specific items to order that will vary each week. We will NOT require full payment upon placing these weekly item orders, but a filled order form and 50% non-refundable deposit will be needed to secure your order. Pickup dates and locations will be listed on the menu for each week, if you cannot make the listed dates work the order MUST be picked up that Saturday or it’s forfeited. ‼️

We always accept payments in the form of cash, card, Paypal, and Cashapp. We no longer accept split electronic payments (EX. Cashapp + Debit), we only accept split-pay in the form of an electronically paid deposit and cash remainder paid upon pickup! ❣️

‼️ Please note our new travel and delivery policies, we are no longer widely serving multiple counties regularly due to the rising cost of gas and internal scheduling conflicts. We will now require a $10 travel fee for all home deliveries, no matter the order size, across Kanawha County and the surrounding areas. Any regions exceeding 45 minutes of travel time from Dunbar, WV will now require orders $85+ to be eligible for delivery and a $15 travel fee. ‼️

We are so excited to start the weekly menu process and get a true rotation down, and we hope this new approach will help ease our scheduling headaches ☺️ We love how busy you guys keep us and we want to make it as easy as possible for everyone involved! We are reaching our highest temps, so let’s talk about cake care in hotter weather! 🎂❣️

Below is our ✨CCCI✨ (Customer Cake Care Instructions)

No matter what cake you get from us (Cupcake Boards, Cheesecakes, Cookie Cakes, ETC.), you will notice a blue “keep refrigerated” sticker on the box. This sticker is a warning, not a suggestion! 🫣 All of our cakes are made-to-order and created with homemade ingredients, which includes no preservative preparation besides flash-freezing 30 minutes before pickup. We make sure our products leave our hands in tip-top shape, but we cannot guarantee the handling of your product once it’s out of our care.

1.) Please keep your cake out of direct sunlight and heat to prevent melting and sun spoilage! ☀️😣

2.) If traveling with your cake, keep it restrained and in a cool/dark place to prevent shifting and smearing. Your vehicles air conditioner will help a lot! 🧊🍰

3.) To ensure taste and design quality, please keep your cake refrigerated until needed to serve. Especially if your cake has specialty filling! ❄️🥧

We would also like to add that we accept 50% refunds, but we do not offer refunds for melted, distorted, or smeared products that did not leave our hands in that condition. If you have a complaint, please send us a photo so we can compare product quality to what was photographed before it left! 📸😁

No one loves melty frosting or a soggy cake, and we hate hearing when these things happen on special days or occasions 😔 But hopefully future cakes and products can be saved with these special care instructions! 🥰

We are totally booked all the way through the month of July! 😮‍💨 We are still accepting orders for August 4th and on, and holiday pre-orders will open September 1st for Halloween items and collections.
