Applecroft Farm We are a local, organic farm providing farm-fresh, organic fruits, vegetables, mushrooms, herbs and eggs.

Our farm provides a safe, pesticide-free habitat for our many workers that choose to live here. We are an organic farm producing chicken and quail eggs, vegetables, herbs, fruits, nuts and mushrooms.

Here's a peak at Viola's Lavender mulberry. Dainty berries, just a 1/2". But, this mulberry has tight clusters of these little beauties that taste like creamy vanilla. Like nothing else. The diversity of tastes from one mulberry to the next is amazing! Coming soon...Pakistani honey mulberry, Iraqi white, VT Unionville and if we're lucky, a few new cultivars we've not yet tasted.

The first mulberries are ready and these are incredible! Cultivars include Lawson Dawson, Illinois Everbearing and Super Loaded. Lawson Dawson continues as a favorite on the farm. Some berries have a dark, heavy, syrupy floral taste that is hard to fully describe but it's unique for sure and very addictive. Others have a lighter and brighter fruity zing to them. These are ever-bearing so while the trees are loaded with berries now, this will continue as late as October if frost holds off. We have over 60 cultivars growing here at Applecroft, so many more reviews to come.
