Southwestern side of the state! We started this page as something to do with our chickens. We have had chickens all our lives, growing up with them, raising them, but have had constant chickens (of all sorts, breeds, colors, looks, feathers, etc., you get the idea) on our little farm since 2009. We started out with just 6 chickens, not really serious about going all out to raise chickens.... But t

hen "Chicken Math" happened and for those that don't know what "Chicken Math" is, well it's the same as dog math, cat math, any animal math. In other words, you cannot have enough chickens! You can be somewhere, anywhere, and if you see a chicken you think "Oh, we don't have any of those neat looking chickens and now we need some"! But you can't buy, adopt or otherwise get just 1, no no no! Have to get at least 6 and if can get 6, well 12 would be better and the number just keeps going up and up, THAT'S Chicken math! We used to have horses but when our last big guy passed away, it was just too hard to bring new horses in, we were just heart broken, so then chickens happened! We do sell hatching eggs at certain times of the year, please watch for posts stating we have some for purchase! However we do sell eggs for eating, year round! if you are in the area stop by and grab you a couple dozen! Welcome to our farm!
