✨ A BIG JAZZBERRY UPDATE ✨
This post is a little bittersweet to write. 🥹💕
After building and growing Jazzberry here in Duncan, Jazzberry is officially moving! Our family is moving to Velma, which means things are going to look a little different around here, but I want to make one thing very clear:
Jazzberry isn’t going anywhere. 💕🍓
I will still be taking custom orders for cakes, party packages, weddings, events, dessert tables, and all of your special occasions! Pickup for custom orders will now be in Velma, and I will also continue offering delivery for those who would rather have their order brought to them.
As for all of my smaller treats, flash sales, Dubai cups, cheesecakes, strawberries, and all of the random goodies you’ve gotten used to seeing me post, I’m still figuring out exactly what that will look like!
I’m hoping to plan occasional Duncan preorder & delivery days, and I would also love to find opportunities to set up in town at events or pop-ups. Whenever I know I’ll be in Duncan with some Jazzberry goodies, you better believe I’ll let you guys know. 🥰
So while I may not be quite as available day-to-day for those spontaneous personal sized treats, I am absolutely still here and still creating. If you have a birthday, wedding, shower, party, celebration, or simply an idea you want brought to life, please continue to reach out to me. I would LOVE to work with you. 💕
And now for the part that makes me emotional…
Thank you, Duncan. Truly. 🥹
Jazzberry started as a little home bakery inside my tiny apartment. My husband and I were new here, not only in Duncan but to the United States. We just moved from Germany, had a newborn at home, and had no idea how we were going to make it through this huge transition. I had an idea that I decided to take a chance on, and I could have never imagined just how much it would grow or the opportunities it would bring me.
You guys welcomed my little business with open arms.
You ordered. You shared my posts. You tagged your friends. You came back again and again. You trusted me with birthdays, weddings, baby showers, anniversaries, holidays, and some of the biggest moments in your lives. You showed up for my random sales and somehow managed to sell me out when I wasn’t sure anyone would even order. 😂💕 You recommended me to other people and helped my name travel farther than I ever could have done on my own.
Because of the love Duncan has shown Jazzberry, I’ve been able to dream so much bigger than I ever thought I could.
I’ve gotten to create things I once didn’t even know I was capable of creating. I’ve gotten to be part of weddings and beautiful events, build entire dessert tables, challenge myself creatively, grow as a baker and business owner, and watch this little business become something that means so much to me and my family.
And I’m not ready to stop dreaming yet. 💕
This move is simply the beginning of a new chapter for Jazzberry.
I don’t know exactly what that chapter will look like yet. I’m still brainstorming, planning, dreaming, and figuring it all out as we settle into our new home. But I do know that I want to keep growing, keep creating, keep being part of your celebrations, and see just how far I can take this little business someday.
So this isn’t goodbye, Duncan. 🤍
It’s just “I’ll see you a little less often.” 🥹
Thank you for taking a chance on Jazzberry. Thank you for supporting my family. Thank you for allowing me to create for you. And thank you for helping turn something that started small into a dream that just keeps getting bigger.
Duncan will always be where Jazzberry grew its roots. 🍓💕 And for that, I’ll always be so grateful, so appreciative, to all of you. A million ‘thank yous’ could never capture my gratitude. Not enough words exist.
So, Here’s to the next chapter. ✨
Jazzberry - now serving from Velma, but still creating for Duncan & beyond. 💕
