Enjoy in the taproom, or riverside on the deck & in the beer garden! Live music Fridays & Saturdays, May-Sept. Located a few minutes from Northfield & just 5 minutes off Interstate 35, the brewery sits on the banks of the Cannon River, and is open 7 days a week! Our intimate taproom dates back to 1880 and was originally built as a chapel. The chapel now boasts a spacious deck and grassy area (whic

h is uber child & dog friendly BTW) overlooking the river where you can commune with nature while enjoying a beer. Serving beer in a variety of styles, including our Dukes Pilsner which took First Place at the 2021 Minnesota Brewers Cup! We always have an IPA (or two), gluten-free Hard Seltzer, and nonalcoholic options on tap as well. And be sure to grab some to go - everything is available in Crowler cans and growlers.

This week’s ExperimentALE is a lesson in history 🤓 A Kentucky Common is a historical American ale, popular in Louisville before Prohibition. Made with corn, it’s a sessionable, working-class beer, similar to a cream ale but darker & maltier with low bitterness, and tastes really good!
