Join us this weekend on Saturday the 26th where we will be pouring an ’07 Pinot Noir Le Pavillon after a tour of ANA vineyard with Bill Holloran.

Last weekend, 13 guests got an immersive, behind-the-scenes look at this year's harvest on a tour led by proprietor Bill Holloran.

The experience began on the crush pad, where guests watched the harvest crew sort grapes before the beginning of processing. Next, Bill guided the group on a walk through ANA Vineyard, where they tasted Pinot Noir, Syrah, and Tempranillo grapes right off the vine.

The tour then headed inside the facility with a view of the fermenting w**es and a visit to the barrel room then headed upstairs to the tasting room for our flight this month of our ’23 vintages and a library tasting of the ’06 Pinot Noir Le Pavillon. Join us this next weekend on the 26th where we will be pouring an ’07 Pinot Noir Le Pavillon after the tour.

Join us and take in the harvest and processing action 'first hand' - watch our working w**ery from the tasting room above. The next 7 - 10 days will be very busy, with grapes being picked most days, and active fermentations visible from the windows in the tasting room.
