Almost every community has their own local food supply chains and there are a TON of benefits in utilizing them... Access to healthier & better tasting food, it stimulates your local economy, DRASTICALLY reduces your carbon footprint, etc.)

Don’t let the C-suite Tyson executives scare you into panic buying 150 lbs of highly processed cheap food. Your local growing season has just begun. Seek out the local producers and you’ll never have to worry about going hungry.

It’s that time of year again where I’ll be accepting orders for fresh pastured poultry. I will have chickens available at the end of May and continue through summer . The chickens have been picked up from the processor and they look wonderful!

This year we are offering whole bird only. This is necessary to keep them USDA certified.

There are a TON of benefits of buying whole chicken, and they’re super easy to part out yourself. Not to mention you’ll be one step closer to the source of your food!
