Good afternoon all!!

Bagels available for Mother’s Day breakfast in bed!!! Fresh baked, sourdough base, and delicious!!!

Prosciutto & Swiss, French Onion, White Choc Raspberry, and Bourbon Pecan(with Kentucky bourbon!!). $3.50 each, 2/$6, or 6/$18.

Also to accompany is Prosecco Raspberry Jam 8 oz jar for $8 and French Flyer cream cheese infusion 5 oz for $6. All made fresh this past two days!!

Hello all my bagel buddies!!! Just finished up my bagel bake for Mother’s Day weekend!! I totally forgot to feed my starter last night and at 4:45 this morning it hit me BUT stayed with it to get it done!!!!

Bourbon Pecan with Kentucky bourbon brown sugar baked pecans throughout!!! White Choc Raspberry with white choc, raspberry relish, and dried raspberries throughout!!!

Prosciutto and Swiss that came out a bit crispy from the prosciutto!!! French Onion with beef broth(replaced the water), onions, thyme, and Gruyère!!!

All sourdough based and boiled then baked fresh yesterday and today. Rounding out the deliciousness is a French flyer cream cheese with sautéed onions, garlic, Worcestershire, cream cheese, and touch of salt. For my sweet lovers Prosecco Raspberry Jam. First round of weekend bagels are fermenting!!

French onion sourdough bagels with thyme, beef broth, and Gruyère cheese throughout!! YUM!!!

Ham & cheese sourdough has prosciutto and Swiss throughout the dough!! Oh my!!!

These are going to be delicious for sure!!! Along with the Prosecco Raspberry Jam which is limited. It’s amazing!! 🩷🤎

Good afternoon all my bagel buddies!!! I have a great menu together for all the Mother’s Day celebrations out there!!! Great for breakfast in bed!!!

Good morning all my bagel lovers!!! Weekend bake went very well and nearly sold out!! I’m truly blown away and humbled. I’m thankful to each and every one of you!!!

Still available 7 blueberry orange, 2 choc chip, 4 sesame, 4 taco Tuesday, and 3 pumpernickel. They are going fast!! Please DM for orders and questions.

Thinking of making some coffee syrups to add to my menu. Who would be interested?!! I’d have regular and sugar free options!!! Cuz what goes better with bagels than delicious coffee!!!!!????? Vanilla, salted caramel, honey cinnamon to name a few. Let me know your thoughts!!!!

Last chance for weekend bagels!!! I have a few choc chip, blueberry orange, taco Tuesday, and pumpernickel already done. In the morning it’ll be a few plain and sesame for orders. I took a quick bagel break to make some delicious cakes for an amazing group of students. ESE students at Mitchell High School needed cakes for their prom and I was more than happy to make them!!! Thank you Kennedy Lopata for trusting me with their sweet treats!!!! You are an amazing person in their lives they are blessed to have you!! 🩷🤎

Hello all my bagel besties!!! I finally got to work on my menu and due to you all……..I’m trying some new flavors!!

Everything, plain, sesame, and poppy will be available limited as they don’t go as quick but I will make what you all order!!! $2.50 each, 2/$4, or 6/$15.

NOW the yummy specials……drum roll…….Taco Tuesday, Pumpernickel(if you like rye I promise you’ll love this one!!), Blueberry Orange, and Chocolate Chip!!! They will be $3.50 each, 2/$6, or 6/$18.

Trying a Cheesy Chorizo cream cheese inclusion for the Taco Tuesday bagel!!! 5 oz $6. I will have Strawberry Lemonade and Blueberry Dragonfruit jams. Plus Hibiscus Dandelion jelly. They are 8 oz for $8. Homemade and so yummy!!!
