The Playground is adding to our kitchen crew and looking for an experienced part-time cook.

💰 $19–$20/hour
🌙 Evening & weekend availability
🍔 Fast-paced, scratch-kitchen experience preferred

Our kitchen operates out of a permanent, fully equipped food trailer located on-site, previous food truck/trailer experience is a plus!

We’re looking for someone dependable, hardworking, and comfortable jumping into a busy kitchen with a small team.

Chef has been in the kitchen working on the dishes for our Beer + Food Pairing! Here he is perfecting the rich chorizo gravy for his take on Shrimp & Grits — just one of the pairings planned for the evening.

We may have done a little quality-control tasting along the way. You know… for research. 😏

Chef went all in on this one. 😏

A grilled chicken breast piled high with BBQ sauce, crispy bacon, sliced ham and melted Swiss cheese, served on a toasted bun with house-made chips.

Chicken + ham + bacon + cheese… because apparently choosing just one meat wasn’t an option. 😂
