Having grown up in Craven County, NC, farming has always been an integral part of my upbringing, and I enjoy gardening and animal care. Although I maintian another job we desired to have a small farm for our food supply. White Willow Farm was established in 2020, amidst the pandemic, with the goal of raising heritage breed pigs. We purchased our first pigs, a Hereford breed, and sourced non-GMO feed from our local feed mill and we have two paddocks where they forage between enjoying the natural environment. The first two pigs, Fat Back and Short Rib, were raised with love and care. We take pride in growing and raising our own food, knowing exactly what they are fed and the care they receive. The quality of our meat is exceptional, and we obtained our meat handlers license in 2022. Our pigs are processed and packaged at a USDA-inspected facility. We offer a variety of meat cuts, including bulk sausage, ribs, pork chops, tenderloin, Boston butt, picnic, pigtail, ham hock, and neckbones, all competitively priced.
