Fish Pond Branch Farms We are a small family owned and operated farm near Benson, NC.

We grow corn, soybeans, wheat and oats which we sell direct to customer as wildlife and livestock feed.

Milled non-GMO hog feed today for our pigs using wheat and oats we grow right here on our farm as well as soybean meal from our local feed mill, Mule City Specialty Feeds Inc. .

Last week, we had the chance to visit Polyface Farms for the first time! It is in some really beautiful country. We took advantage of the "self tour" and enjoyed seeing in person the structures and systems that Joel Salatin talks about in his books and videos. Maybe in the future we'll be able to take a guided tour of the farm. Until then, we look forward to implementing more of his ideas on our own farm based on what we saw while there.

Happy 4th of July!!!

Every day, but especially today, we are grateful to be American! We thank God for his hand in the history of the United States of America, and we thank the men and women who founded this great country with their blood, sweat, and tears. Today, on this 250th anniversary, we resolve to continue to uphold the historic Christian values that they built our country on. May God bless America!
