Atlas is about to start halter training. Has a wee lime green one ordered for him. He's also about to start costume training. Not that I would play dress up with a poor innocent llama or anything...or his mother.....

Too much llama gets old. Today it's the bees' turn to shine.

Sure, you know that bees pollinate our crops and give us honey. But there's so much more to these buzzing insects than that.

Was in the barn standing next to Socksie when I swear I heard a fart. Having never heard a llama fart before, I turned & asked "Did you just fart?". Of course she didn't answer, because she's a llama, but she gave me this indignant look like "I can't believe you'd think that!". I began to doubt I heard anything & started to turn away...then her little tail flipped up and she farted again before giving me a look like I'd done it & walking out of the barn.

Heading out today to get fencing to enclose 13 more acres. A certain baby llama will have a huge playground. Trying to think of a tactful way to tell di**it neighbor to leave our existing fence line alone for once as it will be the east pasture boundry now, and that those aren't deer he'll be shooting if he keeps poaching but our pets. Suggestions?
