How cool is this?! 🤩
Back in April Mitch entered his Capicola into the Wisconsin State fair and came away with 2nd place!🥈
The product then goes to display for the state fair and then to the Governor’s Auction on Tuesday!
Many of you have seen our Dry aging cabinet in retail and that is a critical part of this process!
Since Mitch and I couldn’t sneak away ourselves to go check out, we are grateful Meier Meat Co. took these pictures for us! Thank you!
