Add...DONE! π€π©Άπ€π€The lambing season has concluded successfully at Heritage Hill Farm Durango CO with the arrival of eighteen healthy lambs from our Navajo Churro Sheep, including those from "Sugar-Baby."
A majority of the lambs born this season are female. We are deeply committed to the preservation of the Navajo Churro Sheep breed.
In the coming months, following a period of maternal care and nourishment, most lambs will be transferred to new homes. This initiative is crucial for the ongoing preservation of this endangered breed and for enhancing the genetic diversity.
