They’re here! We just got 1000 lbs of organic pintos from ! So happy to have a consistent supply so close to home.

In Salida at the Colorado Grain Summit! Already got a line on more Colorado grown millet & bean options from CSU.

Just a little photo dump from a quick overnight trip we took to Delta & Hotchkiss.

We stayed in Delta on the Gunnison and were treated to these spectacular views.

Then Monday I got to go to producer meeting and check out their operation. The complexities they deal with to make everything happen is amazing! Blows my mind and so grateful they’re doing the work of moving around agricultural products for farmers.

Both towns are adorable. Go visit!

This Curried Tempeh Salad recipe is in our regular lunch rotation. And for good reason. You can prep it ahead and enjoy it on bread, in a wrap (we like Ezekiel wraps), or even to top salad greens. And if you’re on the go you can make any of that ahead of time and it’ll be ready when you are. I like this one with any of our chickpea varieties.
