This rooster lost a few toes this past winter, not sure how, but guessing got caught up in bail wrap. Today Dale found him in the cattle yard, apparently dead. Well much to my delight he is NOT dead, but suffering from some trauma (guessing the cattle, calves stomped on him.). Well about 12 hours later he is still fighting to live, and is currently in the house, in a box. He loves spaghetti noodles and hamburger so, he has that, and water with antibiotics. But dang! This bird is farting up a storm! He hasn’t eaten, nor drank much, so i hope he will make it thru the night.
