Another Magnolia Festival has come and gone, and we are overwhelmed with gratitude.

Thank you to every single person who stopped by our booth, waited in line, shared a smile, and supported our small business this weekend. Y’all kept us moving from open to close, and we couldn’t be more thankful.

The lines were long, the crowd was incredible, and because of that we never even got the chance to introduce our newest treat! That’s a good problem to have, and we are grateful for every minute of it.

We know some of the waits were longer than usual, and we appreciate your patience more than you know. Your support allows us to continue growing, creating new menu items, and doing what we love.

Magnolia Festival 2026 was our biggest and best one yet.

If you missed our newest creation, you’ll have to come see us at the Farmers Market on Saturday. We can’t wait to share what’s next.

✨🍉 MELON WAVE IS OFFICIALLY A VIBE 🍉✨

Today at Dog Trade in Sulphur we tested out some of our new menu items and y’all… this one is IT.

The Melon Wave is light, crisp, refreshing, and packed with fresh watermelon + cucumber with sparkling water for that extra clean fizz. Finished with our signature chamoy & tajín rim for the perfect sweet heat balance.

This drink feels like summer in a cup and I already know it’s going to be one of the favorites this weekend at Magnolia Fest.

If you’ve been around with us long enough, then you already know one thing about Lemongrass Roots — we’re always switching it up.

That means it’s officially that time again… a BRAND NEW MENU will be dropping at the end of this month.

Right now we’re in the final stages taste testing, tweaking, mixing, muddling, and making sure every single thing hits exactly the way it’s supposed to.

Now before we roll out the new lineup… tell us this:

What’s on the current menu that absolutely HAS to stay?
What’s your forever favorite?
What would cause a full-blown protest if we retire it?
