Eating Durham This Blog is dedicated to Durham's Robust Foodie/ Brewery Scene! I’m Lawrence and and I love food! I love to smell it, I love to cook it and I love to eat it.

I also happen to be a big bourbon and craft beer fan! So, If your idea of fun is tasting new and exciting dishes, amazing craft beer and tasty bourbons, then this blog is meant just for you! I’m originally from North Jersey and moved to the Carolina’s back in 96, so YES I AM from North Carolina now! d literally, get a delicious and unique meal on every block! After visiting Downtown Durham, eating and drinking at some of my new favorite places like Queeny’s, Bar Virgile, Full Steam and Ponysaurus, I quickly noticed that Durham had exactly what I had been missing from my childhood, so I moved here and decided to start this blog! I’m a self taught cook and have been cooking my entire life. I’ve done catering, pop ups and cooked for large events; however my passion has always been cooking to bring together my diverse groups of friends as well as creating new intimate relationships through the process of cooking, eating & drinking together! To that end, I will feature a recipe page where I will be exploring local farmers markets and experimenting with ingredients and combinations to expose all of my friends to my favorite creations. I wanted to create this page especially for the people who have been supporting me throughout my food adventure and to inspire a new community of eating drinkers!
