Thanks to everyone who stopped by during opening weekend! We were lucky enough to catch a stunning sunset while wrapping up for the night. Our sap run was successful, yielding enough syrup to bottle two additional batches! Fingers crossed the forecasted warm temps through Thursday wont end the season prematurely.
