Our Regional Driver Team is comprised exclusively of individuals that exhibit unparalleled and ongoing dependability, professionalism, and performance. They are responsible for the safe, accurate, and timely transportation of fresh, frozen, and dry wholesale goods within the full scope ProPacific Fresh’s logistic network including direct loading, inter-depot transfers, and customer delivery. Regional drivers are assigned to multi-destination routes that consistently require over-night stays while remaining close enough to home to get there weekly or more.

DUTIES AND EXPECTATIONS

Safely operate Class A equipment in different configurations as assigned, with varying weights as allowed by law, under all types of climatic conditions, terrain, road conditions and traffic situations, in urban and rural settings, for extended periods of time, over long distances in accordance with all federal, state and local laws, regulations and ProPacific Fresh Policy.
Maintain direct and professional daily interaction with all ProPacific Fresh business partners i.e. growers, manufactures, consolidators, distributors, customers, internal departments, employees, etc.
Immediately and effectively communicate all challenges, discrepancies, or problems to assigned personnel whether internal or external

Must have a valid CA Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with a Class A endorsement and be DOT qualified.

Knowledge of FMCSA rules and regulations (HOS, DVIR, DOT, Clearing House).

The Parts Clerk supports the Parts Department in the maintenance of parts inventory while also providing over-the-phone and over-the-counter sales support to DPTC customers. The position requires general knowledge of inventory, pricing, merchandising, display and sales. The job is a multifaceted position that combines elements of customer service, warehousing, sales and purchasing. DPTC is an active work environment where customer service and safety come first; the right applicant will embody these principles.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of all parts and service categories to include Accessories, Brakes, Drive Trains, Suspensions, Truck and Trailer Refrigeration, Electrical, Engine and Lighting.
Understand and effectively communicate the current parts services available to our customers.
Ensure that customer needs are met, complaints are resolved, and service is quick and efficient.
Works collectively with the department lead so that all products and displays are merchandised effectively to maximize sales and profitability.
Collaborates with the department lead to maintain store appearance and product presentation to meet and/or exceed DPTC standards.
On weekends, must be willing and independently able to open and close repair orders, supply technicians with parts and complete over the counter sales.
Ensure that parts department activities are performed in accordance with company, vendor and customer policies and procedures.
Successfully performs and completes all tasks and duties as assigned in a timely manner and willingly takes on additional requests that may be assigned based on business necessities.
Must be willing to work extended hours, evenings and weekends, to achieve all goals, tasks and objectives as directed by the DPTC.

The Business Development Executive (BDE) is a results driven position that executes highly specific customer acquisition and product growth objectives as determined by the Vice President of Sales. BDE’s are the designated “hunters” of the sales organization and are directly accountable for the successful prospecting, lead management, and acquisition of new customers per established strategies and tasks as managed within the CRM platform. The BDE-Retail Protein is accountable for driving the comprehensive growth and development of the PPF protein category including all fresh, frozen, value-added and commodity products. BDE’s work in direct conjunction with an Account Manager to ensure KPI attainment, market share growth, route profitability and customer satisfaction are maximized at all times.

· Perform to specific Year over Year KPI’s i.e. customer count, protein sales, route profitability, overall revenue, units, per order and gross profit.

· Interface directly with ProPacific Fresh’s CRM technologies in the process of customer acquisition, lead management, and task completion per established protocols and SOPs.

· Maintain critical “top-to-top” relationships and perform scheduled business reviews with all key customers

· Actively determine the appropriate degree of service for key accounts up to and including direct order management

· Maintain a comprehensive product knowledge at all times and perform in field cuttings and/or product demos as assigned
