Mystic Farm & Distillery is one of the world's best bourbon distilleries. Our grain-to-glass production production process starts with North Carolina grain grown on leased acreage in Hillsborough, North Carolina. We mash with pure water drawn from the aquifer below our distillery. Our products are pot distilled with discerning cuts made by taste and aroma. We age in seasoned North Carolina white oak, and we age to maturity, selecting each barrel based on exceptional aroma and flavor. Read our 27 CFR § 5.65 Statements at:

We're heading to the NC State Fair!
At the N.C. Stillhouse — located in the Heritage Circle area — a daily lineup of North Carolina distilleries will serve craft cocktails for of-age fairgoers to enjoy.

Each of the 11 days of the fair will feature spirits from four Distillers Association of North Carolina member distilleries. Fairgoers will be able to sip North Carolina spirits produced across the state – from the coast to the foothills. The drinks will be ready-to-pour cocktails, and a valid ID will be required for proof of age. Drinks must stay within the designated area around the house. Each drink, created with North Carolina spirits, will be $15. There will be a limit of two drinks per person.

See y'all at the fair!

Not all Halloween chocolate is made for kids. Heart of Mystic Cacao Nib Bourbon is the Fall treat for adults. This 80 proof bourbon is velvety smooth with a rich nutty dark chocolate flavor.

Infused with two distinct varieties of cacao nibs from Videri Chocolate Factory

• Ghana Cacao Nibs: Imparts dark flavors with hints of coconut.

• Ecuador Cacao Nibs: Contributes intense chocolate and subtle fruit aromas.

Our flagship product and best selling Mystic Bourbon Liqueur is inspired by a centuries-old Scottish recipe. Handcrafted in small batches, we bring together mature bourbon, local wildflower honey, and a carefully crafted blend of nine exotic spices.

This liqueur is rich, warming and wonderfully aromatic. Smooth enough to savor on its own and versatile enough to inspire unforgettable cocktails.

Bold bourbon. Warm honey. Nine intriguing spices. One truly distinctive liqueur. Made only at Mystic Farm & Distillery.
