Have you tried orange w**e yet? If not, this is a good place to start.
In Class 6, we'll taste the style step by step and talk about why it tastes and feels so different from a white you already know. It's a relaxed afternoon, a small group, and a lot of good conversation.

Orange w**e has no oranges in it. It's white grapes, fermented with their skins, and that skin contact is what gives it that amber color, the grip on your tongue, and a lot of flavor you don't expect from a white.

Today, w**emakers around the world are reviving this method, blending ancient technique with modern curiosity.

Let's clear something up: orange w**e isn't flavored or blended with oranges. It's white w**e grapes fermented with their skins on — the same technique used for red w**e, just applied to white grapes. That extended skin contact is what gives orange w**e its striking amber color, deeper texture, and layers of flavor you won't find in a typical white. It's an ancient w**emaking method that's having a very modern moment.
