I finally tried making drop biscuits with Hymel’s Kajun Kitchen recipe for the first time, and y'all...they turned out so good!

I drizzled a little Bayou Country Honey on top👌
But I just realized I've got problem...I'm completely out of FAB Farms pepper jelly! 😭 Looks like it's time to restock because a warm biscuit with pepper jelly is hard to beat.

Last but certainly not least…meet Everth. He too, has been with us for 3 years. He has a degree in civil engineering. All our men are from Nicaragua. He is a kind soul and single. To summarize, we are so pleased with the men we have. They are great workers and better yet, they are wonderful, decent men. We could not provide our honey without them!
