He is a graduate in Culinary Arts from Delgado in New Orleans. He is also a graduate of Pastry Arts from L'Academie de Cuisine in Gaithersburg, Maryland. He did an internship at the Ritz Carlton at Tysons Corner, Virginia, where he later worked full time as an Assistant Pastry Chef for 2 years. He later moved back to Lafayette, and started working at Poupart's Bakery for the last 7 years. He opened The Rolling Pin, LLC in January 2016.

Happy Tuesday everyone!!

So with the increase popularity of the viral mousse cakes we have been seeing a lot more drive up customers than we have traditionally have had which is awesome and we love to see everyone. Since we offer deliveries Tuesday-Friday it sometimes requires us to be away from the shop.

So we wanted to try something out this week. What I am wanting to try is the days that I have to be out of the shop for deliveries I will put up a Facebook post letting y’all know what time I will be away from the shop because I truly don’t want any customer make the trip out to our shop and I am not available.

This will hopefully help with letting customers know when is the best time for that day and we can make sure everyone gets some of these delicious pastries.

As always pre orders are welcomed and you’re always able to give us a call at 337-303-3358 just to make sure we are around the shop. Thanks again for the love and continued support and we look forward to seeing all of our beautiful customers!!!
