He is a graduate in Culinary Arts from Delgado in New Orleans. He is also a graduate of Pastry Arts from L'Academie de Cuisine in Gaithersburg, Maryland. He did an internship at the Ritz Carlton at Tysons Corner, Virginia, where he later worked full time as an Assistant Pastry Chef for 2 years. He later moved back to Lafayette, and started working at Poupart's Bakery for the last 7 years. He opened The Rolling Pin, LLC in January 2016.

The cooler is looking delicious this morning at Lafayette Farmers and Artisans Market!! I even see some OG pastries like vanilla bean cream puffs and opera cake. Come out today from 8-12 and grab a sweet treat to enjoy while walking around the market.

As always we will be here until noon and then open our showcase at the shop in Duson from 1-4 this afternoon.

- Must be available to work early mornings
- Available Wednesdays-Saturdays and holiday times
- Bakery/Cake Decorating experience is preferred.
- Being able to read and execute basic recipes is required
- Pay will be determined by experience
- Must be a detail oriented individual and able to multi task while maintaining a clean work station
- Reliable transportation and valid drivers license
- Must be able to lift 50lb and be ok with long hours on your feet
