This is one of the reasons my roosters are my favorite birds. Their pen is close to where I park the truck. Every day when I come home I go talk to them and they'll both dance over to me. This is 3 Phase and he lights the ladies up with his dance!

Savory carnivore pancakes with a twist: mix 8 oz ground chorizo sausage, 3 eggs, 3 oz cream cheese, and 2 tsp baking powder. Cook in batches and top with el yucateco hot sauce or your preferred hot sauce.

I brought my favorite 2 chickens with me today to work on their coop/run in progress. They weren't much help, but they had a blast. The splash roo Mallory has a crossbeak due to incubation issues. He's gorgeous otherwise. He's able to eat all by himself and even manages to mount the ladies without being able to grab their neck with his break. The little D'Uccle is his best pullet friend Stormy. They're always hanging out together.
