Important Announcement!!
This year we have no members and it’s time for me to retire as the club leader. I am still active in the Snohomish Co 4-H Horse program but it’s time to step down from being a club leader. This is very hard ☹
39 years ago Hoofs & Paws 4-H club began as the “Wild Horse Brigade”. We have had several hundred kids pass through our club in one of our many projects – horses, dogs, rabbits, poultry, alpacas, cats, cows or photography, creative arts, sewing. So many great kids, families and volunteers. So many memories.
Before I officially turn over all of our supplies to the 4-H office to distribute to other projects/clubs I thought I would see if there are any alumni or community members that would like to keep the club going. We have supplies, awards and equipment. I would be thrilled to mentor anyone that would like to keep the club going.
Please reach out by the end of August. I will be distributing our supplies in September before the new 4-H year starts on Oct 1.
