Our New England version of a frito pie or walking taco with salty chips, perfectly steamed Maine lobsters, mayo and all the fixin’s. SO GOOD!

Baby bay scallops!

It’s always a delight to see these out on the farm. Scallops are swimmers and notoriously hard to farm, especially in a tidal, shallow bay like ours. We spawn them in our hatchery knowing full well that they might escape and become “free range” in our bay (which is okayed by the town), making them an extra special treat that’s typically only available at our restaurants in Duxbury 😎
